MiFECC, LLC, established since 1995, is an engineering, procurement and construction company. The establishment was organized as a Limited Liability Corporation (LLC) in January of 2013. Our experiences are diverse, spanning across the residential, commercial and government arenas.
MiFECC, LLC’s architectural / engineering and design services include, but are not limited to structural design of steel structures (residential and commercial buildings, equipment platforms, roof dunnage and pipe racks), concrete structures, masonry structures and wood structures. We strive to complete our projects on time and within budget.

Although we have expanded our services…You may need a new building that requires Land Development and Zoning Approvals, have existing rooms that need space planning or an existing building that needs a new addition (Major Alteration) that requires a building permit; We are able to do them all. You may also have exterior or interior walls that are failing; we are able to support your structure and replace those walls from the foundation up while keeping the rest of the house intact.
