Fire Escape Inspections of License and Inspecting (L&I)

The city of Philadelphia has a mandate for property owners to maintain their fire escape. Many home owners have gotten violations concerning their fire escape.  MiFECC provides inspections for these fire escapes after which we issue the report to the client and License and Inspecting (L&I). We also help clients file the L&I’s Summary Report. We then, if engaged by the owner / client / owner agent provide structural engineering and design.
